We typically reply within 1–2 business days. Please include your username and a description of the issue.
Account & sign-in
- Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to receive a reset email (you'll need a verified email on file).
- Two-factor authentication: you can enable or reset 2FA from your profile settings.
- Close your account: you can export your data and close your account at any time from your profile settings.
Billing & Premium
- Premium membership is $10/month with a 30-day free trial. It includes computer analysis of every match, tournament and league entry, monthly Battle Bucks, and a premium badge.
- Cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account settings; you keep premium until the end of your current period.
- Billing questions or a charge you don't recognize? Email admin@backgammonbattles.com with the date and amount and we'll help promptly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; charges appear on your statement as Backgammon Battles.
Battle Bucks
- Battle Bucks (BB) are an in-app currency used to enter tournaments and friend challenges. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
- You can top up your balance from the dashboard ("Recharge"). Purchases are final; reach out if a top-up didn't appear and we'll investigate.
Gameplay & fairness
- Every dice roll is generated on the server from a cryptographically secure source, independent of any player's device, and every game's full move history is recorded and replayable.
- If a match behaved unexpectedly, email us your username and the approximate time and we'll review the game record.
